- What additional core competencies need to be developed?
Product/Service
- What is unique about our product/service?
- How can we further differentiate?
- What role does branding play in our strategy?
Results
- How do we measure success?
- What, ultimately, are the results we want to achieve?
Business Context
- What are the external forces and trends influencing our business (eg, economic conditions, demographic trends, regulation, etc)?
- What is the status of our existing business? What have we learned about how to win?
