360° Feedback
The 360 process is an in-depth, individual development experience that is accomplished with personal interviews rather than the more commonly used quantitative 360′s.
Coworkers are interviewed and asked for their anonymous input on a variety of topics. Rob then meets with the person receiving the 360 to share the confidential feedback.
The 360 Feedback instrument is a powerful, positive way to develop individuals within the organization. This can be implemented as a stand-alone development tool or as part of a Visionworks Coaching engagement.
